The challenge
Customers wanted to know rates before calling, and the team needed a simple way to receive, schedule and track pickup requests.
Our solution
We built a Hindi + English website with per-kg scrap rates, a four-step “Sell Scrap” booking flow, WhatsApp and QR-code contact, a “My Enquiry” status page, dark mode and a staff admin panel.
